Ingredients:
- 2-3 Ears of Sweet Corn
- 4-6 tbsp of sour cream
- 3 tbsp of mayo
- 4-5 pods of minced garlic
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 chilies
- Chilli flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Few Coriander leaves
- Grated cheese
Procedure:
- – Clean your corn and remove its cover completely and on a stove, heat it until golden brown.
- – Cook it until the corn is tender and juicy.
- -In a small bowl, mix in, garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, chilies, pepper, salt, chili flakes, lime juice, and coriander and make a blend.
- – On the hot corn, apply this mixture evenly and also put on the grated cheese and enjoy this amazing snack during the Monsoon!!
