Different types of movement, stretching as well as exercise plays an important role in developing your various body functions. Everyone should follow all kinds of that movement for body functions. Lymphatic vessels have several roles like transporting fluids and other structures as well as draining extra interstitial fluid from tissue spaces back into the blood. Through lymphatic vessels, good circulation is required, as it plays a major role in the immune system being able to perform many functions to keep us healthy and well. The lymphatic system doesn’t have a dedicated pump to assist circulation. It has to rely on respiratory and skeletal muscle pumps to maintain healthy circulation and excretion of waste. To have a well-flowing safe framework, we want to move and inhale well and for that different movements are required and here we look at three movements to improve lymphatic drainage.

1) BREATHING SQUATS.

This is the simplest movement for improving lymphatic drainage. Inhale and raise your arms and exhale, lightly draw in your pelvic floor and squat down. Do at least twenty to thirty repetitions.

2) CALF RAISES.

Calf raises can be done with easy steps and can be done anytime and anywhere. Just stand straight, press feet into the floor to rise onto the toes. Here also you do at least twenty repetitions.

3) BELLY BREATHING, LEGS UP ON WALL.

Lie in your back relaxed and chin tucked. Breath into your belly so it rises when you inhale and sinks when you exhale. Also, you can try to breathe in the rib cage.

Those were three movements to improve your lymphatic drainage, which will subsequently help you in improving your immune system. You need to do those movements on regular basis.
