This is the easiest and best exercise for your toned arms. Just set up yourself on a dip bar and keep your core tight and shoulders pulled back. Lower yourself slowly and push yourself back. Repeat 10 to 15 times.
3) ROPE TRICEPS EXTENSIONS.
Attach the rope to the part of a cable pulley and grip it properly above the knobs. By keeping your chest up and slightly leaning forward, pull the rope down with your elbow. Flex your tricep while performing rope extension. This is a very effective exercise for your tonearms. You need to do a repetition of at least three sets for better results.
4) ZOTTMAN CURL.
This exercise is awesome for building your biceps and forearm simultaneously. To perform this exercise you need to curl the dumbbells up and at the top of the movement turn the palms down, lower the weight by keeping tension in your forearms. Flip the palms back up and repeat at least three sets of 10-15 repetitions for best results.
5) INCLINE DUMBBELL CURL.
This is also the best exercise for your arms. Lie flat on an incline bench, take a pair of dumbbells and keep your palms up and arms extended. Curl the weight up by keeping elbows tucked. As you lower your weight, resist by using your biceps.
