2) Another way to take control of your procrastination is to force yourself to start and make the first step immediately. Sometimes it works surprisingly well. After this step, you might forget about procrastination.
3) Also among a few ways to take control over procrastinating, managing energy instead of time is also very important. When you feel your energy is low, take a break, a nap, or a walk. This will recharge you back.
4) Try to do some other jobs, which require less energy, until your energy levels recover. If nothing else works, you can use procrastination as the source of motivation.
5) To take control over procrastinating, work within your resistance levels. When a task sets off procrastination triggers, we resist and it should be done within your resistance levels.
