Yoga is an ancient form of exercise for relaxing your mind and body out of every chaos. Yoga has gained popularity nowadays. Worldwide 21st June is commended as world yoga day.

If you wish to improve your body flexibility, many yoga poses will make your body flexible. All yoga stances to be performed in any event one hour after food.

Here we look at six yoga poses that will help you for better body flexibility.

1. CHILD’S POSE.

Kneel on the floor and sit behind you with your knees and hips wide separated. Extend arms in front of you and facing downwards on the floor.

Stand firm on this foothold for around two minutes while you profoundly breathe in and breathe out. This yoga pose will help you for good body flexibility.

2. DOWNWARD DOG.

Fold your toes, breathe out, and lift your back noticeable all around. Press your palm firmly on a mat with fingers spread. Your head Should hang between arms. Stretch your leg and plan to hold the post. Pick up one heel and lowering the other. Switch the side and repeat.

3. PLANK POSE

Begin in downward dog. Your arm Should be opposite to the floor and shoulders straight over your wrists. Back straight and abs tight. Lift your head and gaze directly down at the floor and stand firm on this foothold briefly and unwind. This yoga pose is considered to be best for your body’s flexibility.

4. TRIANGLE POSE.

Twist at the midsection and fingertips of your correct hand to the floor, outside right foot. Broaden left arm above head making a straight line between left hand and foot. Hold breath and repeat for better results.

5. TREE POSE.

This is also a good pose for correct body posture. Stand straight and bend your left so that the knee touches the wall and feet on your right thigh. Press your foot towards your thigh and thigh towards your foot. Hold for 30 seconds and switch sides.

6. REVERSE BOAT POSE.

Lie face down, keeping chin on the floor, arms stretched out in front. Inhale out, take in, and lift the two arms and legs all the while. Hold and breath, release and lower.
