What is your cheat food?

Rajma Chawal with Ghee, Paneer Paratha, Lassi, Ice-Cream, Gajar Ka Halwa, Gulab Jamun, Chicken Kadhai and Paneer Khadhai.

Favourite exercise?

Shoulder press, leg press, biceps curl. I really enjoy full body exercise with different variations.

Fruit or juices?

I can’t choose because I love both.

Stairs or lift?

It depends upon the time and floor

Your best morning routine will comprise of:

I start my day with warm water mixed with half lemon and honey or a pinch of haldi sometimes it helps to boost my immune system as well as it will improve my digestion. Later, I prefer soaked badam, papaya then oats with dry fruits or veggies or brown bread with an omelet.

Push up and squats.
