What is your cheat food?

I don’t cheat as such I eat everything, but desserts are a weakness.

Favourite exercise?

I love weight training 4-5 days a week along with circuit training.

Your best morning routine will comprise of

Warm water with lemon, and just chilling with my family.

Stairs or lift?

Stairs.

Burpees and skipping.

Weights (although Yoga is just great).

I love walking, I can walk for hours.
