Akshay has successfully completed more than 30 years in the Hindi film fraternity but even today, people are always in awe of his fitness and regular disciplined lifestyle.
So what is it exactly that keeps Khiladi Kumar so fit even today? Well, as per reports in NDTV lifestyle, Akshay maintains a balanced diet and routine in his life. He believes in eating the right proportion at the correct time and goes off to sleep by 9pm at night daily. He wakes up early in the morning at around 4.30am and starts his day with a run at the beach followed by few cardiovascular free hand exercises & yoga. He takes a complete day off from his work on Sunday as he keeps that day reserved strictly for his family.
