Favorite Exercise:

The exercise that keeps me fit physically as well as mentally

Fruit or juices: 

Fruits. That also fills my stomach. It is also is a better way to have the intake of roughage and is a healthier way to consume fruits.

Stairs or lift:

I love to take the stairs, but we always run out of time, so prefer to take the lift. But if I have a choice, I will love to take only the stairs as it will help me burn a lot of calories

Your best morning routine will comprise of: 

The best routine for me is when I wake up, I follow my Ayurvedic routine like consuming warm water with turmeric and cinnamon, later taking fruit juice. After that, I take a shower, do my puja, and have my breakfast

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

During lockdown, I did all the floor functional workouts. It was rigorous and I used to be exhausted in 20 to 25 minutes

Yoga Or Weights: 

I will prefer a beautiful balance of Yoga and Weights. But since I shoot for a daily soap, I don’t have time for Yoga. I do Pranayams when I am free. I lift very light weights, to keep myself going

Walking or Jogging: 

I prefer walking. It is considered the best for cardiovascular health. I indulge in brisk walking for almost an hour every day

Your take on health supplements:

I do not advise health supplements, that too regularly. I don’t think it is good to take it and put it into your system

Best way to burn calories:

If you can just take out 45 minutes for a brisk walk, that’s the best way for you to burn calories

Your take on six-pack abs:

 Six-pack abs are something that looks good. If you cannot maintain a six-pack, you need to maintain a flat tummy so that you look good if you take off your clothes

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

Goal for me is to stay fit for as long as possible in my life. I pray to God that he gives me strength and enough sense to keep myself disciplined. People like Anil Kapoor are inspiring. In spite of being at the age of 65, he is as fit as 25 years old. That’s my personal goal

One tip for everyday fitness:

 Please take care of your intake. The portions you consume are very important. Every day you must go for a brisk walk
