I wake up with a cup of tea. I get fresh and start my day with fruits. After that, workout happens and I consume my protein drink. I reach my set after this

I did pushups. I used to run daily for 45 minutes

I don’t indulge in yoga or weights

I love running. Whenever I have time I enjoy my running

I feel it is fine to take few supplements that are needed for our body. Take care to consume a good brand product in limited quantity

There are many ways to burn calories. For me, running and skipping help me burn calories
