I like a mix of weight training and functional. I do yoga on and off too.

Fruits as it’s more healthier to consume fruits.

Lift – I have knee issues, so am not allowed to take stairs.
Your best morning routine will comprise of:
Wake up rested. Express gratitude. Have a vegetable juice followed by half-hour meditation. Then take a look at my goals and plan my day.
Have a hearty breakfast.

Best way to burn calories:
Stay active through the day in addition to 45-60 minutes workout. Don’t sit for more than half-hour at a stretch – move a bit, walk around, stretch.

Focus on remaining fit rather than weight loss. It is important to stay flexible. Be active throughout the day and that helps in remaining fit.
