1. ANULOM VILOM PRANAYAMA.

This is common pranayama and helps a lot to cure Pcod.

* Sit in padmasana, eyes closed and hands rest on knees.

* Block your right nostril and inhale through the left nostril.

* Remove the block and exhale through the right nostril.

* Now block left nostril and inhale through the right nostril and exhale through the left nostril.

* Repeat this process for 15 minutes or more for better results.

2. SUPTABADHAKONASANA.

* Lie down on your back and relax.

* Pull your legs in the butterfly position and hold your feet with your hands and try to pull it as close to your body.

* Lie in this position for five minutes and repeat.

3. SHAVASANA.

This yoga asana will help in relaxing the mind and keep your cortisol levels in check. Since stress is the main cause of Pcod, this asana will help you a lot.

* Lie down on your back. Place both hands on your side with palms facing up.

* Close your eyes, void your psyche, and spotlight on relaxing. Try to lie in this position for few minutes.

4. SURYA NAMASKAR.

This is the best yogasana for your overall health and it’s effective for curing Pcod.

* Face morning sun while standing in a prayer pose.

* Slowly stretch your folded hands and inhale.

* Bend your right knee and stretch the right leg behind and left leg forward.

* Exhale, bring your hands forward, bend your knees and place hands on the floor.

* Breath in and do a cobra position by lifting your chest and bending backward.

5. PADMA SADHANA.

It’s more popularly known as the lotus meditation, which promotes deep relaxation, making it the best yoga for Pcod. This entire yoga sequence of asanas like, padmasana, bhujangasana, makarasana, shalabhasana etc.

6. BHUJANGASANA.

This yoga asana pose is also known as Kobra pose and this asana helps you promote flexibility and good for Pcod.

* Lie down on your chest with elbows close to your body and palms facing down.

* On inhalation lift your chest off the floor and keep reclining back. Naval should touch the floor.

* Hold this situation for a few moments and back to the ordinary position.
