Eat healthy and clean and be consistent in workout

Biryani. I’m crazy for chicken biryani

Favorite exercise?

Chest and biceps and I love to make my weak point my strength. Nowadays, I am enjoying my back workout.

I drink water empty stomach and then eat one fruit with a good healthy diet

One tip for everyday fitness?

Be consistent in workouts. Eat healthily and work out at least an hour daily whatever be the form like for example dance or swimming or any physical activity.
