More than weight training, I love HIIT workouts. It works on stamina, muscle endurance and agility

Stairs (hard work to reach the heights)

Your best morning routine will comprise of:

The first thing I do is have fresh amla juice shot, followed by meditation for 10 minutes and 5 minutes of gratitude prayer.

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

HIIT workout, High-intensity burpees, high jumps

Your take on health supplements: 

It’s something that you need to balance out if something is missing in your diet.

Best way to burn calories:

Boxing routine or Skipping. It has always been my quick fix.

One tip for everyday fitness:

Rigorous minimum half an hour workout and 10 minutes of meditation every day. Keep giving small challenges to yourself while you are working out. Really helps in pushing your limits.
