In a recent interview with, In The Know’s Gibson Johns, chase revealed that his two saviors when it comes to staying fit are, Plant-based diet and a personal trainer at his disposal. This helps him stay in shape and be prepared for the show whenever they start filming again.
Chase said that the character he plays in the show requires him to stay fit so his diet has gotten stricter since the show. He has learned to monitor his diet so that he doesn’t indulge in junk food. Chase said that he relies on Sweet Earth’s plant-based diet to provide him with enough proteins that he needs without hindering his digestion. His job requires him to have a high protein diet which is easily provided from Sweet Earth’s diets. The Mindful Chik’n and burger fro Sweet Earth is Chase’s absolute favourite.
Along with his plant-based diet, Chase gives credits to Alex Fin his trainer, for helping him be disciplined and focused with his workout routine. Chase goes to the gym religiously. His Instagram account also prove that chase has an active lifestyle, he is usually seen surfing, hiking or playing basketball.
