The dancer/choreographer is specialised in forms like ‘Mayurbhanj Chhau’, ‘Kalari’ and ‘Contemporary Dance’ forms. He also earlier participated in season 6 and 7 of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. What is your favourite cheat food?

Chicken Pizza.

Your favourite exercise?

I like to do free-weight training and compound exercises. So push-ups, and chin-ups are my favourite.

What is your morning routine?

Well, I always start my day by talking to my family. My mother messages me before I wake up and so I speak to her. Then, I drink a glass of water and start my day.

Fruits or juices?

Juices.

Stairs of lifts?

Well, you need to be smart as well. (Chuckles). So lift anyday.

One tip for everyday fitness?

Well, irrespective of where someone is, an individual must engage in at least one form of physical activity daily. That can be a nice morning or evening walk or swimming or any other form of cardio. A nice jog or run helps as well. The importance of fitness has been realized all the way more after the Covid-19 pandemic so yes. Everyone should do their best.
