The first thing I do as I wake up is to have 3 glasses of cucumber water and then count my blessings followed by eating some aloe vera which is followed by fruits.

Definitely vitamins are very important, it’s something that’s a huge part of my daily routine.

Empty stomach cardio works really well for me.

One tip for everyday fitness:

Consistency is key! Don’t give up. Keep a close eye on your diet because that’s 60 to 70 per cent of the goal u wanna achieve!
