Zumba. Because I love dancing. I am an Instructor myself.

I apply fresh cream to my clean face.

Zumba again. I used to conduct virtual Zumba classes.
Yoga Or Weights:
Yoga. I think Yoga is for holistic health.
Walking or Jogging:
Walking with a nerd friend, talking about the universe and science.
Your take on health supplements:
It should be as prescribed by one’s physician because otherwise, you’ll just end up passing very expensive urine 😛
Best way to burn calories:
Dance, works well for mental as well as physical health. Sureshot a way to lose stress and extra fat at the same time.
One tip for everyday fitness:
Stay active – walk while you take phone calls, take stairs, drink lots of water, stretch.
