Walking usually but jogging at times as well.

I don’t usually take them but to each their own.
Best way to burn calories:
Workout every day even if it is for 20 minutes a day. Eat less and stay active throughout the day, do all the household chores.
One tip for everyday fitness:
Walk as much as you can walk around the house. Keep yourself active and avoid a sedentary life. Avoid sugary items and cold drinks as well.
