A small piece of ginger

Chilly garlic paste – 1 tablespoon

Soy sauce – 2 teaspoon

Black pepper – as per requirement

Bell pepper(optional) – 1 small cup

Water – as per requirement

To begin, boil the chicken with a bit of salt and pepper. After the chicken has been boiled, let it cool before shredding it into smaller pieces. Wash the vegetables thoroughly, chop them, and set them aside. Add refined flour, salt, and oil to a bowl and knead thoroughly with enough water. Make sure there aren’t any lumps. Add the chicken to a separate mixing dish, followed by the chopped vegetables, and stir well to blend everything. After that, add the soy sauce to the chicken mixture well. Take the prepared dough and roll it out into little balls.

Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough balls. Make a square shape and add the filling at the center. Bring the edges tightly and give shape according to your own choice to make a momo. Place the momos in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes, or until they are soft.

Ta-daa! Your chicken momos are hot and ready to eat. You can serve it with your favorite chutney or dip.
