Be lazy sometimes ……….I don’t have a favourite exercise, I run to the gym and hit the weights

It’s a lifestyle and the most important part of the day. So I follow it religiously

Workout for 1 hour and have good food with fruits too

Exercising the body is important and equally for mental health too

Depends, I can say both again

Make sure it’s good for you. It should not be taken for show off; also it shouldn’t harm you (health-wise) in the long term
