Try to educate yourself on the anatomy and physiology of your body and the birth-giving process. Confront your fears with information that isn’t fear- or myth-based. Know what to expect from your body, and talk over your fears and concerns to your dear one or your caretaker

Be honest with yourself

Anxiety is natural and try writing it down your concerns and bring them to your next appointment and talk to your doctor. Find someone, who will build your confidence and support you through your fears. Be honest that you are going to have pain and suffering but the end is going to be so beautiful!

Try to have a supporting team

Have a support team to support you during labour, this can help control pain. Studies have shown that women with continuous labour support by her close near and dear ones show a decrease in the need for painkillers and other sources to ease pain and have more successful non-traumatic births.
