Rajma and Rice or any chicken dish cooked by my mom
Favourite Exercise:
I do free hand exercises. I love doing that. Also I enjoy doing martial arts

I can’t eat fruits. So it is only juices
Stairs or lift:
Nahi bhai, I use lift (smiles)
Your favourite lockdown exercise:
I started meditating during the lockdown which really has become a routine for me now

Mixture of both

Your take on health supplements:
It’s all to do with the body. If your body suits all that, go for it. If not chill maaro khao peeyo, your metabolism is God-gifted
Best way to burn calories:
Water … Have good amount of water daily. The best natural way is this to burn calories
One tip for everyday fitness:
Consistency is my only tip. Do what you like and be consistent
