Favourite exercise:

I love doing chest bench presses.

The purpose of exercise for you is:

It just makes me feel good from the inside. It keeps you in shape, keeps you at peace and most importantly keeps you healthy.

Fruits or juices:

Always fruits.

Stairs or lift:

Depends on which floor I have to go ?…but yeah I prefer stairs.

Best morning routine:

Green tea with Sunnyside up and watching the news on TV.

Favourite lockdown exercise:

Pushups and squats.

Yoga Or Weights:

Always heavyweights.

Walking or jogging:

Always jogging. I run a lot during my cardio sessions.

Your take on health supplements:

It is necessary but you should not be dependent on them.

Best way to burn calories:

Lift heavy weights, do squats and run.

Your take on six-pack abs:

I don’t believe in 6 packs. It’s just that you shud stay fit and maintain a flat stomach. That’s enough

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

I would like to stay as fit as Akshay Kumar and Sylvester Stallone at their age…I admire them a lot when it comes to fitness.
