Chandni Sharma who is presently seen in the Sony TV show Kaamnaa is a fitness freak to the core. She emphasizes on regular training sessions and looks at it as a daily routine.

Favourite Exercise:

I love a combination of exercises. It can be weight lifting on a few days, at times, cardio, dancing and yoga as well. I get bored with just one kind. But my body responds well to weights mainly.

Fruit or juices:

Fruits any day…consuming it in the rawest form is best

Lift.

Your best morning routine will comprise of:

When I am shooting, it is hectic. So morning workout is difficult. I wake up, drink a glass of warm water with lime or plain at times and then brush my teeth. I put a little honey, lemon and glycerine on my face to moisturise it and then bathe and start my day.

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

I was Youtubing my workouts throughout the lockdown. I used to do 20 to 30 minutes of workout which was very effective.

Yoga Or Weights:

Yoga for the mind and weights for muscles.

Walking or Jogging:

Walking.

Your take on health supplements:

I am not against it but it should be a good mix with normal food as well. Sometimes our body cannot absorb all the good nutrients required, so a certified nutritionist should guide you on the supplements.

Best way to burn calories:

Walk as you talk over your phone. Use stairs instead of lifts and dance whenever you feel like it.
