The universe and nature have given us enough variety to eat and nourish, so supplements are not my thing.
Best way to burn calories:
Cut sugar, eat in moderation, exercise regularly and get good sleep.
Your take on six-pack abs:
As an actor when required for an assignment it’s good, otherwise, just have a flat stomach and don’t stress about abs.
Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:
Moderation for me works. I would love to be able to work out at 60, 70, 80 years, and be able to do what I do today.
One tip for everyday fitness:
The answer is in the question and the tip is to do something every day which is related to fitness for 45 mins.
