The purpose of exercise for you is:
The purpose is that it keeps me fit and healthy and helps me look better. And as an actor, you should be like clay, so that you can mold into the character’s body in whatever way as per requirement.
Fruit or juices:
There is a saying ‘Eat your fruits and drinks your veggies’ So both.
Stairs or lift:
Depends on the time on hand. If I have enough time, I take the stairs. For time efficiency, it will be the lift.
Your best morning routine will comprise of:

My muscles will be upset if I say Yoga. Absolutely weights. I need iron.
Walking or Jogging:

Your take on health supplements:
I am not promoting any health supplements but I believe health supplements are a must to be taken. I’m taking health supplements for a very long time. And let’s talk about whey protein! It is derived from milk. Yes. No added preservatives and is in its purest form. That is why it is expensive. I won’t suggest anyone take it or not to take it. But I feel it is safe if you buy a genuine brand.
Best way to burn calories:
Depends on the body to body. Every ‘body’ needs different outputs.
You have to be on a calorie deficit first. Later, one can try burning more calories with cardio, cross-fit training, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
Your take on six-pack abs:
Oh, it’s very tough. That’s why not everybody has it. I genuinely respect those who are maintaining it. It is the toughest job on the planet to maintain your abs.
Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:
Don’t have any goals yet. Because as an actor I have to be ready all the time. If someone says ‘remove your T-shirt in this scene’, I should be ready for that.
One tip for everyday fitness:
Eat Right. Sleep tight. Consistency is the key. Workout 5/6 days a week. Workout doesn’t only mean Weight. You can go for a run as well. Drink green tea twice a day and eat healthily. Eat protein x2 of your body weight (for eg. If you are 70 kgs Take 140grms of protein). The more protein you eat, the more good you can look. The more strong hair, bones, the skin will be.
