Favourite Exercise:

Kettlebell Swings

The purpose of exercise for you is:

It’s an overall workout I feel. Involves a lot of muscles and helps to strengthen the core, hamstring, glutes, quads, back

Fruit or juices:

Fruit, because when we consume juice, we don’t realise that we end up consuming lots of natural sugar. Usually, we might eat 1-2 orange but for a juice, we end up consuming 3-4 oranges and more calories

Stairs or lift:

Stairs. Helps to keep cardiovascular health on track. Also climbing the stairs will help burn more calories

Your best morning routine will comprise of:

Positive affirmations, deep breathing, followed by breakfast

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

I did lots of Kettlebell Swings and other exercises too

Yoga Or Weights:

Weights

Walking or Jogging:

Both

Your take on health supplements:

Health supplements can be taken when we are not able to fulfil our macro and micronutrient requirements from whole food. I personally prefer taking whey protein post-workout and multivitamins and fish oil

Best way to burn calories:

A mix of weight training and aerobic activities

Your take on six-pack abs:

I guess more than 6 pack abs, now we got to focus more on improving our immune system. 6 pack abs or a flat/ big belly doesn’t really matter to me.

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

I look at it to help me in a long run and aim to get out of my comfort zone while working out

One tip for everyday fitness:

Just stay consistent and add some exercise in your everyday routine and prioritise your health over everything, especially after COVID-19.
