Depends on person to person. I do use protein supplements and get protein from other food sources as well bcoz I work out. I need double the protein of my weight

It looks great and everyone wants them. I have not got it yet, but yes will achieve it someday

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

I just want to b lean and get those abs out, that’s it. I am looking forward to that wow moment soon?
