I love kickboxing. Working out at a gym is boring to me.

Staying fit

Stairs or lift: 

Stairs (Not if it’s a building with more than 10 floors )

Your best morning routine will comprise of: 

Meditation,  a delicious breakfast, coffee  and some good music

Your favourite lockdown exercise: 

Yoga! I worked on my stretches.

Yoga Or Weights: 

Anyday Yoga over Weights.

Walking or Jogging: 

I can walk for miles. I love walking. 

Your take on health supplements: 

If you focus on a balanced diet, you don’t need supplements. Our food has all the essential vitamins and minerals.

Best way to burn calories: 

Any sport or activity of your choice that helps you burn without aiming for it. For instance,  Kickboxing does that for me.

Your take on six-pack abs: 

Overrated 

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness: 

I want to be better than yesterday. Each day, every day. Also, I don’t like being harsh on myself; so even a little progress is good progress. 

One tip for everyday fitness:

Fitness should be a lifestyle rather than a project.
