In fruits, I like Watermelon and Mango. But I prefer Guava Juice

Lift (as I work out really hard in the gym)
Your best morning routine will comprise of:
First of all, I render my heartfelt gratitude to the Almighty followed by having a liter of water. I take my Black Coffee and go for a quick shower. I have my fruits, followed by breakfast, and then head out for work
Yoga or weights:
Weights (I even used to fill two buckets with water and use them as weights during lockdown)
Walking or jogging:
Jogging
Your take on health supplements:
Supplements are supplementary…But your primary source of health is healthy food and sufficient workout. But if you have a goal to achieve good fitness levels, a certified and healthy supplement is fine. Being a vegetarian myself, I can’t complete My 120g-140g of protein requirement just from food. Hence I follow the intermittent diet. There are just 8 hours o window for the intake of nutrition which is followed by 16 hours of fasting. So I won’t completely deny the importance of supplements. You just have to be careful about the fake ones.
Best way to burn calories:
A cup of Black Coffee before a workout and incorporating Skipping in the Cardio will burn fat faster
One tip for everyday fitness:
Consumption of ample quantity of water and warm-ups before workouts (to avoid injuries)
