Shilpa Shetty has always been the person who educates people to keep themselves fit and fine with dedicated workout sessions

Today the popular fitness queen Shilpa Shetty took time from her busy schedule to teach people to prioritize their workout sessions to be better and fitter people. Shilpa faced a leg injury a few months back where her left leg got fractured. The actress is slowly recovering and taking steps to improve her condition. Though she faced the fracture, the actress didn’t lose hope of getting better; instead, she tried to make it through.

In the post, the diva shared the workout session where she practices leg exercises on equipment to strengthen the weaker portion of her body and back up the support. Educating about the whole recovery and her dedication towards betterment, Shilpa wrote in the caption, “It is important to bounce back in life no matter what life throws at you.”

Later also mentioned that she is trying slowly and working out to make her fit day by day. And also wrote, “I did 4 sets of 12-15 reps on my left leg and 2 sets on the right leg. Let nothing pull you down. If you set your mind to it, you can move mountains.”

“This morning I saw your Sunday fun day video…In Sunday eating and monday exercise. Good job shilpa,” said a user on Instagram.

The other called her fittest and wrote, “Most fittest lady in Bollywood watching daily your videos you are my favorite.”
