Yoga but I do weights lol

I don’t prefer supplements, I try to take protein and all that is needed from natural sources
Best way to burn calories:
Intermittent fasting
Your take on six-pack abs:
I just want to say, don’t abuse your body with fat burners or anything. Just be consistent and balance your diet if you are keen on abs
Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:
Nothing as such. I always go with the flow. I was 95 kg when I started my fitness journey; I have now lost almost 25 kg. So I just want to be fit because it gives you extra confidence and energy as well
One tip for everyday fitness:
Try to walk 10000 steps in a day and drink at least 4-litre water
