What is your cheat food?

I am not a burger or pizza person. I like paani puri, bhel puri and sev puri and hence that’s my cheat food.

Your favourite exercise?

I like heads up and other cardiovascular exercises.

What is your morning routine?

Basically, all the beverages along with nuts, almonds anjeer and bitter gourd juice and black coffee. That’s how I start my day.

Fruits or juices?

I love juices but then obviously, I have to take fruits as well because it’s good and more productive.

Stairs of lifts?

Stairs.

One tip for everyday fitness?

Well, fitness comes with making exercise a habit. So, walk a lot and drink loads of water. Two small cups of black coffee helps as well. My most important tip to everyone would be to go sugar-free and opt for natural sugar.
