The Purpose of exercise for you is:

Initially, the purpose of exercise was for looks. However, with time, I have realizes that exercising changes your mindset. It gives you a lot of mental strength where you are able to cultivate a discipline and focus in your life. It gives you an edge over a lot of people because you start to get mentally strong which automatically gives you a lot of confidence and the fit body and looking good aspect just comes as a byproduct..the benefits of exercise are way more than you would think.

Fruit or juices:

Stairs or lift:

Depends (if I am in a workout zone then stairs) and normally if it is anywhere between 1-3 floors, stairs. It will be a lift if it is higher to that.

Best morning routine will comprise of:

Having Lemon water after waking up, workout followed by meditation

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

Jump, Rope/skipping and Body weight training workouts

Yoga or Weights:

Mix of both

Walking or Jogging:

Walking

Your take on Health supplements:

Supplements like Multivitamins and Omega 3’s absolute yes..since your daily diet doesn’t give you enough of the required vitamins and minerals. They are very important according to me. I take them too.

Best way to burn calories:

Stay Active..pick an exercise you like whether it is dance, yoga, walking, boxing, cycling anything..do what resonates with you and your body..but move your body.

Your take on Six pack abs:

It does look very attractive but don’t get obsessed with attaining them. Don’t go on crash diets, do your workouts properly and think of just becoming better and fitter. The abs will automatically come as a byproduct

Any personal goals in mind:

To have an athletic fit body and just become better every single day in whatever I do whether its Boxing or Weight training

One tip for everyday fitness:

Keep your clothes and gym bag ready in front of you the previous night so that when you wake up you don’t have any excuses. Your mind will automatically direct you to wear your workout clothes and once you wear the clothes you will automatically get into that mode and you will work out.
