Cheat Food:
I prefer to have cheat food very rarely. There needs to be a big occasion for me to have a cheat food. It has to be either Diwali or Eid for me to indulge in this practice. If not, there has to be too much of a craving for me to have cheat food. If I am having anything, I love to have Channa Bhatura.
Favourite Exercise:
Shoulders, back, leg and abs are my favourite exercises. Also pull-ups are the best. I do it daily
Fruits or Juices:
I eat Papaya, Apple, Pomegranate and sometimes, Bananas. I don’t prefer juices
Stairs or lifts:
I prefer both

Cycling and Pushups
Yoga Weights:
Pullups
Walking or jogging:
When I start my exercise, I walk for 10 minutes and then jog. I finish my workout and then again walk and jog

Supplements are very important. They are important for our body
Best way to burn calories:
A ‘No break’ workout for 45 minutes is my secret to burn calories. I do mu exercises in a very fast manner. I do not stop or take breathers
