More of boot camp workouts, free weights. I used to do a lot of resistance and band training due to a lack of weights during the lockdown.

Your take on health suppliments
I think it’s good when you don’t get enough proteins or if you are vegetarian. Taking a protein shake or multi-vitamins is good for being healthy when an individual isn’t getting enough nutrients from their food intake.
Best way to burn calories
Workout 5 to 6 days a week. It could be any form of exercise, sport, walking, jogging, swimming, etc. Also focusing on your intake is a must. 30% exercise and 70% diet.
One tip for everyday fitness?
Just be sanguine in life, just be optimistic, and work hard but smartly. Don’t compare yourself with anyone else in this world. It’s your life, your journey so be the best version of yourself. Be happy and positive above all.
