Yoga and Zumba after COVID and before COVID-19, it was strength training.

Well, I am a night person so my morning routine depends on my night routine.

Well, I live on the 27th floor (Chuckles). But yeah, stairs.

One tip for everyday fitness?

Well, I would say that eat in moderation and you will be good. Don’t overeat. Also, an hour of exercise and at least 7/8 hours of sleep is what our body definitely requires.
