What is your cheat food?
Either gooey chocolate walnut brownies or homemade gulab jamun with vanilla ice cream.
Favourite exercise?
Dancing is the best exercise for me as I feel it is a workout for all the body parts and I feel extremely happy after dancing.
Your best morning routine will comprise of
I drink a lot of water and have my favourite eggs for breakfast
Fruits or juices?
Fruits, people don’t realize that there are more fruits that go in juices and then some add sugar too so it’s avoidable
Stairs or lift?
I should take the stairs but I mostly opt for the elevator
Your favourite lockdown exercise:
Lunges, Squats followed by a walk or a jog and playing badminton for hours.
Yoga Or Weights
My body doesn’t like weights I think, I start looking too muscular so no weights. I just began Yoga.
Walking or Jogging
Depends sometimes walking at other times jogging and many times I do both especially if I am exhausted so to compensate for not jogging well I start brisk walking.
Your take on health suppliments
Vit C, D3 & B12 and Liver Clen. I keep taking conscious breaks if I am on calcium supplements
Best way to burn calories
The best way to burn calories is to understand what you like and can continue doing. Be it yoga or workouts in the gym or dancing or Pilates or walking, whatever you do just be consistent
One tip for everyday fitness
Eat right as what you put it in is of utmost importance. Do any form of exercise diligently (that suits you). Meditate and Sleep well as this is for your mental and emotional well-being.
