I make sure that I do yoga for almost 20 mins in the morning and then I do riyaaz on harmonium.

Both, I have kinnow and malta farms in Abohar. So from Sept to Feb, I drink juice twice a day.

I have never had so can’t comment on it. But have seen all my friends taking supplements but I try to get my protein from natural things like soya, pulses, cheese and chicken

Best ways to burn calories is to do your workout yourself. After every meal stand for almost 15 mins or walk slow for 20 mins

One tip for everyday fitness

Eat healthy, reduce sugar intake, avoid junk and oily food, eat something after every 2 hours, include green tea in your life, munching is also important and detoxify once in a week.
