In the morning I don’t like doing anything. I just like to sit with myself and check my whole day’s routine. I like to have a nice heavy breakfast.

I hardly did any exercise in lockdown, I was mostly on diet.

Nowadays because of our lifestyle, I personally prefer taking a few vitamins supplements and it depends on your body requirements too. Yes, don’t take anything without a prescription.

It’s different for different body types. For me what I have realized it’s mostly my diet and of course exercise.

One tip for everyday fitness

Always eat healthy and don’t starve. And yes remember it’s always about being fit not getting skinny. You can be healthy and fit at the same time, and not necessarily skinny. And yes it’s always good to do some physical activity- it can be anything: dance, yoga, freehand exercise, running, jogging, Zumba, weight training, cycling, and even walking. Stay healthy and stay fit.
