In it was mentioned that Akshay Kumar started a vegan habit for Laxmmi Bomb and few other upcoming films.
His vegan diet had Chia pudding with berries, Avocado on toast, Smoothies, Moong Dal Chilla, Vegan lentil and Mushroom Patties, Vegan Pasta and much more similar stuff.
Also on his fitness workouts, Akshay Kumar who is an early-riser used to start his day by 4.30 in the morning. The first task for him is to hit the gym at his home.
After that he has his breakfast, and gets off to work. Akshay Kumar involves himself in kick-boxing, swimming, and martial arts in addition to his usual workouts.
