What is your cheat food?

I can grab Samosa/ shwarma any time of the day, even at midnight.

Favourite exercise?

Rowing /burpees, beach burpees are tough but effective as hell.

Your best morning routine will comprise of

Shutting the alarm and going back to sleep for one more hour.

Fruits or juices?

Fruits, as they have all the nutrients and fiber, whereas juice is just sucrose and sugar. Ideally, one should only have fruit, but you can take juice also. I have it when I need something chill and healthy, rather than soda-based drinks, fresh fruit juice by the way, not canned ones.

Stairs or lift?

Stairs! But for the 39th floor, I need a lift.

Your favourite lockdown exercise

Running and using stretch bands.

Yoga Or Weights

Both are equally important. Yoga balances your mind and weights help you build muscles. So, for internal and external growth they are both important.

Walking or Jogging

Depends, what I am running from or running to. I can walk fast though.

Yes, you need multivitamins, calcium and zinc for immunity.

One tip for everyday fitness

Do as much physical activity on a daily basis, even if you are not exercising, you need to be active. Definitely, running is one of the best ways to lose calories, but without keeping a check on your diet and eating healthy, no calories can be kept in check.
