If I talk about body parts, it will be shoulders. The form of exercise will be Pushups.
The purpose of exercise for you is:
Purpose of exercise for me is to stay fit and stay lean.
Fruit or juices:
Fruits for me. I love mangoes, bananas, strawberries, lichi.
Stairs or lift:
If it is five or six floors, it will be stairs. I stay on the 45th floor, so it will be the lift
Your best morning routine will comprise of:
My morning routine will start with a glass of hot water and sitting peacefully
Your favourite lockdown exercise:
Weight training and alternating it with skipping. I have also been doing pushups, squats

Your take on health supplements:
I used to take them earlier during my college days as I required them. I used to be very lanky, so did take some supplements. Now I have turned to a natural diet. Sattu is the best vegetable source of protein. That’s my supplement now. I prefer ghar ka khana. I cook also. I try and avoid eating from outside.
Best way to burn calories:
As for me, the best way to burn calories is running. I find it to be the easiest way. While running, I sort my thoughts also. It is a stress buster, and I do like sweating it out.
Your take on six-pack abs:
That sure looks good!! But it requires a different level of dedication and passion. Whoever can sustain that, hats off to them!!
Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:
Staying lean and fit, feeling good from inside. I aim to maintain this for as long as possible, for as many years as possible. That’s my goal
One tip for everyday fitness:
One should watch the calorie intake. There are cheat days, but compensate for those days. When you are going overboard also, remember that you will have to work harder to cut those extra calories that have gone in.
