I am more of a body weight workout person so it has to be dips as I can do it anywhere.

Fruits any day because I love to taste the goodness of seasonal fruits.

Lift always. Because I work out anyways.

Pull ups at home.

Health supplements are good if you know what to take according to your body needs. I do a blood check up every 3 months. And take protein shake regularly.
