I am yet to take up a morning routine. I would like to wake up and listen to meditative music. Later, practice conscious breathing and starting my day on a happy note.

I feel one should be aware of them. It is needed in today’s time. I wish we live in a world where we don’t have to be dependent on suppliments but our lifestyle is no more like that hence we have to suppliment our diets.

Best way to burn calories

I would say just start walking or dance. As for me, I love dancing.

One tip for everyday fitness

Just be active and stick to home-cooked meals.
