I like any high-intensity activity. Be it Cross Fit, martial arts, or HIIT. I also prefer outdoor sports and I am currently playing badminton.
Fruits or juices?
Coconut water is a go to for me.
Stairs or lift?
Stairs, I don’t know when was the last time I used the elevator. I prefer a little additional workout considering our busy schedule.

Nothing like natural food. Take it only if you need it. Ayurvedic supplements are the only way to go.

One thing that really helps me is intermittent fasting. It works wonders.

Walk as much as you can. I have made it a habit to walk even at home. Especially, while on the phone.
