Young and talented actor Mohit Abrol, who is currently entertaining his fans as Zorawar in Sony SAB’s latest offering Alibaba Dastaan-e-Kabul, is extremely serious about his fitness routine. And whenever he has time on hand, he does not miss out on hitting the gym and working on his body. In a fun fitness segment, Mohit revealed his workout routine, cheat food, and more.

What is your cheat food?

On my cheat day, which is Sunday, I love treating myself with pizza, biryani, ice cream and cake.

Favourite exercise?

I really enjoy doing squats and deadlifts.

Your best morning routine will comprise of

I wake up early in the morning, and have an early breakfast that consists of oats with nuts, 6 boiled eggs, and orange juice. After some time I head to the gym and work out for a good 1-1.5 hours.

Your favourite lockdown exercise

There was no favourite exercise as such. I enjoy working out at the gym, but I made sure to use the limited weights and other equipment at home. I enjoyed skipping and free-hand workouts too.
