I want to be fit. I have gained a bit of weight for a project of mine. I want to shed that weight pretty quickly once the project is over, and get back to my normal weight. I want to keep playing and acting

One tip for everyday fitness:

If you don’t get a chance to do anything else, do skipping for 10 minutes. Also, some sort of Pushups will help. It is said that it takes 21 days to form a habit and 90 days to form a lifestyle. If you can follow that, you are bringing in the best for your body
