Try to stay active the whole day….don’t keep sitting idle

I don’t believe in six packs, you just have to stay fit. Keep your stomach flat …that’s enough for me.

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

I just want to stay fit as long as I can. Akshay Kumar is my idol.
